My journey in endurance sports started at the Olympic Training Center as a young, ambitious athlete. I dedicated my life to high-performance cycling, competing at the pro level before transitioning to professional triathlon, racing alongside some of the best in the world.
But my path wasn’t just about podiums and results. At the peak of my career, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that threatened to take it all away. The pain, the setbacks, the moments of doubt—it was a fight beyond sport. But I refused to let it define me. Instead, I adapted, learned, and found smarter ways to train and compete, pushing my limits while managing my health. That experience changed how I see endurance sports forever—it’s not just about going faster; it’s about longevity, resilience, and training in a way that enhances your life rather than breaks you down.
Now, as a coach, I bring 15+ years of experience at the highest levels of sport to help endurance athletes unlock their full potential. I’ve had the privilege of coaching athletes to Kona qualifications, championship titles, and personal breakthroughs that extend far beyond the finish line. Whether it’s an age-grouper chasing their first Ironman or a high-level competitor looking for their edge, I help my athletes train smarter, perform better, and stay in the game for the long haul.
