What this is

A Performance Intensive is a private coaching experience built around you. Instead of dropping into a generic group camp, you get focused in-person work on the areas that matter most: training execution, swim-bike-run technique, testing, fueling, pacing, race strategy, and long-term planning.

Some athletes come to Kona for a focused training block. Others bring me in for a destination weekend, race support, or a deeper reset around performance. Either way, the goal is the same: clear insight, hands-on coaching, and momentum you can carry forward.

I bring not only coaching experience, but years of real-world endurance experience across racing, long days in the saddle, and the kind of problem-solving that only comes from being deep in it yourself. A private 2–5 day in-person coaching experience in Kona built around your goals, current fitness, and race calendar. Ideal for athletes who want a focused block in a world-class training environment.

Destination Intensive

I travel to you for a private coaching block built around your location, terrain, race goals, and schedule. Great for athletes who want hands-on support without traveling to Hawaii.

Race Week Support

A higher-touch option for athletes who want support with course planning, pacing, fueling, logistics, and calm decision-making leading into an important event.

Custom Training Weekend

A flexible format for existing athletes or strong-fit prospects who want a premium one-off weekend focused on performance, learning, and execution.

Pricing

Performance Intensives are custom-scoped based on format, location, length, and level of support.

Most Intensives begin at $3,000 plus travel where applicable.

Race-week support and destination work are quoted individually.
